𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Simmer package ingredients with 4 cups water and one 15-oz can crushed or diced tomatoes (or tomato sauce).
• Ladle soup over plain tortilla chips and stir in shredded cheese (I like sharp cheddar, but any kind of cheese will be good.)
• If desired, top with a dollop of sour cream.
• Or add shredded or cubed cooked chicken, chopped tomatoes or black olives.
